For the first time since December (I think), I bought something from a MAC collection. The collections just haven`t been appealing to me lately, but after seeing swatches of this blush online, I immediately ordered it when I saw that it wasn`t sold out yet. As of right now, it`s still in stock on the http://www.maccosmetics.com/whats_new/9384/New-Collections/Styleseeker/index.tmpl. This is the Supercontinental blush from the Style Seeker collection. Supercontinental is described by MAC as a bright cute coral. Although I am obsessed with coral, this is different from all of my other coral blushes. It has more orange to it. It appears to have a bit of a sheen in the pan and when swatched on my hand (see below), but I don`t think it really shows up on my face. It definitely doesn`t look frosty. Supercontinental has a satin finish. I have two other satin blushes, Well Dressed and Fleur Power, and the pigmentation they have is completely opposite. Fleur Power is very pigmented, while I have to literally scrape my brush in the pan of Well Dressed to try to pick up some product. Fortunately, Supercontinental seems to be formulated more like Fleur Power in that it is very pigmented. You only need to tap your brush lightly into it once to pick up some product. It gets a bit powdery, so be careful. As you can see in the ingredients list, it does not contain dimethicone, which I am very happy about since powder blushes containing dimethicone break me out if I wear them for a long time or a couple days in a row. It looks like a glowy coral when swatched. I can see this becoming a new favorite for me! I got this for $20 on the MAC website, as linked above, but you should be able to get it at stores and counters as well. *All pictures and written content belong to me, from http://heatherannsbeautystash.blogspot.com/2012/08/mac-supercontinental-blush.html.*
