I am in love with everything beauty related, especially affordable products. However I have never really tried any product from MAC, or any other expensive brand just because I believe there is not a point having all expensive brands when you can find cheaper alternatives, but if a branded item is good enough for me to buy, I will because I am obsessed with everything beauty related. Anyhow, this is just my opinion, and I believe everyone should buy whatever make-up they like , and any brand that is good and works for them.
Out of a sudden I decided I will give a try to the pigments from MAC, just to see if it is good. ( I have seen them on many YouTube tutorials and they looked pretty good , so I was intrigued to buy it)
Let me just start with HOW MUCH I LOVE THE MAC PIGMENTS!!! The colours are UNIQUE, and NO, I am not getting paid to say this! I ordered a lot of colours , so I guess I will have enough for a year LOL.
However, this will not change my opinion about brands. I mean if you can actually find a cheaper alternative to a MAC pigment or any make-up product, THAT IS AMAZING! <3
The first time I have tried it, is was on my mum. I have used a primer from Benefit ( STAY DON`T STRAY) which is actually a sample size from my BIRCHBOX :D
I have used the pigments SHMMER BOSS on the inner third of the lid, and FRESH WATER on the remaining part of the eyelid. I have also used a purple from my Sleek palette ) as my transition colour, and created a V shape with a black colour on the outer corner of the eyes , so it will make the eyes appear more structured and stand out.
On the lower lash line I have used a gold colour, to make the eyes pop even more. I have continued with liquid eye-liner and a pair of false eyelashes to complete the look, and of course foundation and everything to get a flawless look.
Thank you so much for reading this post! <3<3<3 Do you like this make-up look, and where would you wear it? :) <3
