Today I decided to make a post on a highlighter I have owned for quite a while now, but never really talk about. It`s the Hush cream color base by MAC.
This is a peachy/gold highlighter that will usually look better on tanned skin but will also work for fair skin in you don`t over appply it.
My skin is NW20 and I find this works on me. It gives a gorgeous shimmer without glitter, and as it`s a cream it looks natural and dewy without being oily. It also lasts for quite a while.
MAC cream color bases are kind of a multiuse product and I find that they don`t get much recognition on the "make up community". The fact is they`re pretty good! I wish I had Pearl too because that is the one everyone always talks about. But I have quite a lot of highlighters and I don`t use them everyday, so I`ll just work with what I have now until I use up more product, then I might get some new ones.
The reason why I particularly think Hush is a great highlighter for spring and summer is because it looks great with a tan, but it`s good for when you don`t have a tan as well cause it makes your skin more golden, making it seem like a "tanned highlighter". I really like this, I think it`s a nice product, not too expensive, good size, you can use as a base for the eyes (but still creases on me if I don`t apply a primer first), and you could also use it on your lips, which MAC says you can do with many CCB.
