I was looking at my blush stash the other day and actually took pictures of them because I was going to blog about them. I realized I have way too many blushes and that I will probably never hit pan on any of them in this lifetime...thinking of that kinda made me sad. I hate wasting products but I can`t stop shopping either. I went to MAC last night after work. It was one of those spur of the moment thing. In case you didn`t know, that`s kind of like me. I have a tendency to do things spontaneously. I kept thinking about the new collection and thought to myself that I needed to have a look at it before it`s gone. Luckily, most of the products from the MAC Heavenly Creature`s collection was still there except for Light Year MSF. I took these pictures last night, right after I`ve purchased them. I loaded them up earlier tonight after I got home from work but I just couldn`t keep my head up to write about it so I had to take a nap. Well, I just woke up a couple hours ago and couldn`t go back to sleep so I figure I might as well finish this post. I have a feeling this is going to be a long night though. The only thing that interested me about the collection was the blushes and MSF. I picked up Center of the Universe Mineralize Skinfinish, a soft shimmery peachy color with gold shimmers. What a cute name by the way. It makes me think of the song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKbruE8SVfU. This is actually very pigmented and shows up very well on my skin. It looks more orange than peach on my skintone. If you don`t like shimmers on your cheeks then this is not for you. I personally like it. It`s shimmery but not over the top. It adds a youthful dewy glow to my face. I wore it today to work and lasted pretty much all day. There was just a slight fading when I got home. This shade is probably better suited for warm skintone. The second blush I got is Ring of Saturn, a shimmery rosy/mauvy pink with gold shimmers. This blush has shimmers that seem a bit more fine than Center of the Universe. This would look great on any skintone. Have you checked out this collection yet? **Pictures and contents are mine.
