Just grab a box of elbow and milk along with cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese and let`s make this easy dish without using the orginal kraft box of macaroni..Before you start cooking make sure to add 1/2 cup of oil in your water before it boils and throw in seasoning so your elbow has a little taste. Make sure to cut atleast 7 chucky slices of cheese or sprinkle until the macaroni is covered. Once the pot gets boiled up you have to throw in the elbow and wait for the elbow to become swollen. To see if your elbow is cooked take a spoon and pick up a few noodles and taste them to see if it`s hard or not. Then you turn off the fire and then drain off the water out the pot. Once that`s done you turn on the fire & you pour one cup of milk in the pot and throw in your selected cheese and continuously stir the pot until all the cheese has melted.. & That`s how you make a simple mac& cheese dish.

1 cup milk (split in half)
1 cup elbow macaroni noodles cooked
1/2 block mild cheddar cheese (about 1 cup)
OR 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
