LunchOTD: Vietnamese Sub

Today, my mom brought home some vietnamese subs. There are many different kinds but she got the special which includes liver pâté, thin slices of various cold cuts, shredded pickled carrots & diakon, cilantro, and cucumbers. This kind is called `banh mi dac biet` in vietnamese. I wasnt that hungry so i gave half to my sister. I love these extra toasted so i popped mine in the oven for 5-10 min hahah it was yummmy though i wish my mom bought the kind with shredded pork since it`s my favourite.
