My grandma and I were out running some of her errands today and when we were done we were starving.
We couldn`t decide on what to eat so she suggested going home and cooking up some shrimp that she had.
As I put away the groceries she started on the cooking. She put the rice in the rice cooker then started on the shrimp. I believe she used pepper, cilantro, garlic, and oregano. I added a little soy sauce to my rice and some lime to my shrimp for a little bit of extra flavor. She kept it simple and quick, but oh so yummy!
