A very light lunch because Toronto weather has been sapping away at my energy lately.
We had some leftover garlic toast at work this week so I took two slices and heated them up with the toast oven.
The tomato soup I made myself =) I took Campbell`s Tomato soup and I added more ketchup to it to make it more sour and thick. Then I added some peas and corn to it to give it more vegetables and increase the amount of vitamins and nutrients I can get. Finally I tossed in some bacon bits for that smokey flavor along with paprika, chili pieces and pepper.
It had a huge punch to it which I love, and perfect for the current cold weather we are experiencing.
This was only 300 calories!
