For yesterday`s lunch, I decide to make some pasta. I didn`t defrost any meat so I only used whatever vegetables I had laying around. I sliced one yellow squash, chopped a small onion, one stick of celery, and one green pepper. What an interesting combination of vegetables, right? I used linguine pasta and some jars tomato pasta sauce. Added some salt and pepper, mixed everything together and there is my meal. Overall it was a good meal, the dish felt like it need more squash or another take of vegetable. Always time to improve in the next dish.
