I didn`t eat any meat for lunch today. I had vegetarian tofu rolls instead. These rolls looked like sushi but instead of seaweed, the wrapping was thin sheets of tofu. The filling consisted of carrots, mushroom steams, and Chinese spices. I had these rolls with lots of alfalfa sprouts, which I hate but the other choice was bean sprouts which I hate even more.
What do you think of this vegetarian lunch?
