Lunch: Turkey Avocado Flatbread with Hummus

Hey luuuxers! This is what I made for lunch today. I was grocery shopping the other day and came across these 100 calorie Pocket Thins Faltbread from the brand Arnold. I really like Arnold`s breads, especially their multi-grain bread. They felt really soft in the packaging and look really good so I bought a pack and this is what I came up with to eat for lunch.

The flatbread kind of looked like a pita and was cut in half. I stuffed it with turkey, avocado slices and some mixed greens. For a side I had some Sabra Roasted Pine Nut Hummus (my favorite kind!) with pita chips and cucumber slices. The pita chips were from the bottom of the bag so they are small! haha

I warmed up the flatbread in my toaster oven for a couple minutes before stuffing it which made it taste better. I really liked them and will definitely buy them again. They have a slight sweet flavor from all the grains in it but I liked it.

Thanks for reading!
