In the beginning of the week Ive made some more cordon blue with chicken, ham and cheese for my lunch but this time I eat it with some rice and to compliment I also accompanied with a little grated carrot and peach juice.
I like to have this kind of meals in my freezer because sometimes I forget to defrosting food and so I always have something at hand! They are also very practical it only takes 20-25 minutes and there is no dirty dish because I line the pan from the oven with parchment paper! Perfect!
