This was my lunch from earlier this afternoon. I had purchased some Thin n Trim spicy chicken sausages (btw, they are not even spicy, they`re made with red bell peppers...) and planned on cooking up some peppers and onions. So I did just that. I coated my frying pan with some Pam and browned my sausages on each side until the internal temperature was good and ready. I then transferred them to a bowl while I re-coated my pan with Pam and added in some sliced green pepper and red onion. I cooked them until al dente and seasoned with salt and black pepper. Since I did not have hot dog rolls I served this on plain white bread with some mustard on the sausage. Yummy! As a side we had fat free plain Pringles. Great, yummy, simple lunch!
