I decided to go with a low carb lunch today. I just got a chicken souvlaki skewer and a huge portion of Greek salad. I absolutely love souvlaki because of the seasoning in the meat. This one was no exception. The chicken was moist and flavorful. I NEED to put some tzatziki on my souvlaki! It tastes amazing with the sauce. Along with the souvlaki, I had some Greek salad. It taste pretty good but I think there was too much dressing so it was a bit salty. There was romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, green peppers, and feta cheese. I have a tendency to pick out the olives :P Not a fan of olives. Although it`s just a skewer and salad, this was actually filling for me. I was surprised how full I was after lunch. Thoughts?
