For lunch I wanted something really light because I had a big breakfast. I decided to have a salad. I had some mixed greens at home and I decided to chop some carrots to mix it into the mixed greens. The only dressing I have at home is thousand island dress. I know it`s pretty fattening but this salad needed a bit dressing. I lightly tossed the salad in the dressing.
