Lunch: Short ribs

For lunch, I wanted something filling. So I looked in the refrigerator to see what I could make. Lucky enough my mom defrosted some short ribs. I decided to have short ribs and veggies with some rice.

I sliced up a carrot and a zucchini. Chopped up some garlic. I cooked the short ribs in a pan and with the same pan I cooked the veggies. All the meat favor went into the veggies. YUMMY! For seasoning, I just used regular salt and pepper. The rice was leftover from last night so I microwaved it.
