Lunch: Rotisserie Chicken Sub with Guac, Cheddar, and Cucumbers

For lunch today I decided to make a sub out of leftovers.
I took a plain hoagie and spread a little but of butter on one side and slices of sharp cheddar on the other. Over the buttered side I shredded rotisserie chick pieces and placed it on top. Then i put it in a toaster oven to toast and melt the cheese.
After toasting, I placed three slices of cucumber on top and some of my guacamole I made the other day then topped it off with some freshly grounded white pepper.
It pretty much just tasted like guacamole since the chicken was pretty bland but it was soooo tasty! Usually I only eat half of a hoagie but this time I ate the whole thing!
