Lunch: Pastrami on an Onion roll

This was my lunch this afternoon! I had gone to the gym and upon returning home had no idea what I wanted to eat. All I knew I was hungry and wanted something quick. Pastrami it was! I heated up my pastrami as I normally do (I purchase lean pastrami so I nuke it for like 25-35 seconds to warm it thru because cooking it is useless since there`s really no fat in it). Instead of throwing this on white bread, I decided to use one of the onion rolls we had purchased the other day for roast beef sandwiches. I added some sliced tomato, red onion and lettuce and drizzled with some dijonaise (Hellman`s brand - mixture of dijon mustard and mayo) - then enjoyed! It was really yummy and reminded me of the pastrami sandwiches a local roast beef shop sells.
