My boyfriend and I are big pasta lovers. Last week, we didnt know what to eat for lunch, so we looked in the fridge. Turnes out we had some spaghettini, tomato an herb sauce left from when we ate chicken parmigiana. We also had some pesto penine. We decided to finish the two dishes, so we splitted them in two.
We also had a big bowl of bruschetta and a baguette bread that was starting to be kind of hard. I put some olive oil on the bread, which I sliced just before, and put it on broil in the oven. After a few minutes, we turned the bread and put the bruschetta on it, with some mozzarella cheese and put them back in the oven just so the cheese melted. It was a really good, filling lunch!
