I rarely cook, but after wanting to eat a home cooked meal, so I made a easy quick meal with Chicken Sausage, penné and a quick tomato sauce. I just sautéd onions and green bell peppers and the Chicken sausage (to be a little healthier) and then put in a bottle of tomato sauce, but added some italian seasoning and red pepper flakes and let everything simmer for 20 minutes. After the sauce thickened a little, I tossed in the cooked penné. On the side, I just baked some french bread.
It was a quick easy simple meal that even a person who fails in the kitchen like me can make a good meal.
