Today I am eating some delicious chicken chili and put a corn tortilla in there for a little extra flavor. I topped the chili with shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream. This is a filling and protein packed lunch since there is so much chicken in there. I made this in my slow cooker on monday and this recipe is a definite keeper.
