Lunch of the day--Papaya+Apple

Hey dears
What did you have for lunch today?? :)

I had papaya and apple today :)

How did they taste??
The apple is quite juicy n crunchy.
However, the papaya is not fully ripe. It`s not sweet and soft enough, and it tastes a little bit bitter:(

Benefits of papaya and apples
Papaya is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber and Potassium, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Folate.
