For lunch, I decided to make some noodles. There was some leftover Chinese BBQ pork in the fridge which go really well with noodles.
What I did:
-Cooked the noodles for about 6 minutes (because they are really thin noodles, they don`t need that much time to cook)
-While cooking the noodles, I reheated the Chinese BBQ pork in the microwave for 30sec.
-Chopped some green onions and cilantro.
-Once the noodles were cooked, I strained the water and placed the noodles and the BBQ pork in a bowl.
-Using the same pot, I boiled some water and added a little bit of chicken flavoring, green onions, and cilantro.
-Poured the broth into the bowl of noodles.
