Lunch: Instant Noodles with Egg + Green Onions

I know I`m always posting about my favourite instant noodles, but it`s good! More recently I`ve added chopped green onions and an egg for extra flavour. To prepare, I`ll cook the noodles on high heat for 2 - 3 minutes, drain the water nd pour in some cold water to stop the cooking process. I hate over cooked noodles because it gets mushy. Then I drained the cold water, added hot water, and mixed in the soup base. I put the pot back on the stove and add the egg and green onion. I let the egg cook for a few seconds then serve. The egg is partially cooked while the yolk remains which is the way I like it. But of course you can cook the egg completely. It`s up to your preference. I like having yolk because I can burst it and mix it into the soup for some extra flavour. You would think I know how to properly prepare instant noodles by now, but unfortunately I added too much water so it wasn`t as good or spicy.
