My family and I love to eat dumplings, so I made some with my mom. It turned out pretty good. For the stuffing inside the dumplings, we just mixed some pork and celeries. I love this combination. One thing good about making these on your own is that you can customize it the way you want. Its all about personal preferences. Anyways, usually I like to fry my dumplings. But today I want dumpling soup. So I just added chicken broth and lettuces. Its a really simple and healthy meal. So delicious!
