One thing that my friends told me is that when they think of filipino food, they think adobo. Adobo can be made using different types of meat: chicken, pork, even fish. So it all depends on your preference. For chicken, I love the way my mom cooks it. I drench my rice with the sauce. Delish!

- soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- laurel leaves
