for lunch, i had a plain old grilled chicken salad. i ordered it from an on-campus cafe on my way back to my dorm from my morning class. it was pretty good BUT the chicken had a lot of fatty pieces to it, which was kinda gross! obviously if i`m ordering a grilled chicken salad, i`m going for something a little less unhealthy! besides that though, it was pretty good. i added some chopped olives and red onion and that really made the difference in the taste. i highly recommend trying diced olives and onions in your salad! it makes it so much more flavorful :)
