Hey everyone! A while back, my mom went to a Chinese food take out place. In case, you guys didn`t know, she`s a vegan so she went there only to buy food for my siblings and I. She bought a whole bunch of dishes with meat and some chow mein for her. The only thing that my mom ever buys from this place is their chow mein because they cook it separately as well so you can order it without meat and it just comes plain. My mom never eats it plain so she always buy some and sauteed its with a bunch of veggies like onion, red bell peppers, greens, and mushrooms. The way that my mom makes it is really yummy and way better than the ones with meat served at fast food places.
