I was craving something cheesy, meaty, and still somewhat healthy. As a result of my craving, I got chicken quesadilla and a mixed greens salad for lunch.
I`ve had this meal before and loved it. I don`t know about you, but I`m not that fond of trying new food all the time. Once I find some things I like, I usually stick to those foods for lunch.
The chicken quesadilla is made with whole wheat tortilla, chicken breast pieces, grilled veggies, and cheese. It`s soo tasty because the tortilla is still crispy but the cheese is completely melted inside. They give you salsa and sour cream on the side so that`s what I`m usually dipping the quesadilla in.
The healthy portion of the meal is the mixed greens salad! This was just an okay salad.. nothing special. It came with balsamic dressing. I think this is just me but I never drizzle my salad with dressing. I am always dipping my greens into the dressing instead :P
