I took my girls out for some thai food. It is very hard for us to all agree on something to eat, and they never want to eat what I want to. Lately I have been craving thai food so I brought them to one of my favorite restaurants, Thai Ginger. Even though I had this for lunch earlier in last week, I had to have more! But I ordered something different so it doesnt count, right? Heres what I ordered for us:
Phad See Iew: I lthink I prefer this wide rice noodle dish over phad thai. It has broccoli and Chinese broccoli mixed with egg and beef.
Red Curry Chicken: I usually order Panang Curry but my daughter loves bamboo shot and this red curry dish has a lot of that. There is plenty of chicken, green and red bell peppers and basil. I have to eat this with steamed white rice.
Very simple but fulfilling. I think Ive had more thai food in the past couple weeks than Ive have in the past couple months. Its probably because I deprived myself from it for so long. What are your favorite dishes?
