I know it`s kind of corny to post about what I ate for lunch today. BUT I am trying to be a little healthier and make better decisions when it comes to my meals. One thing I try to do is when I am very hungry I will make sure to eat something healthy. That way if I go a little over board... it will be with grapes rather than french fries:) Maybe not the smartest idea, but it works for me.

So when I got home from the grocery store today I decided to make myself a nice healthy lunch. I had 1 cup of green grapes, a few slices of montery jack cheese, some crackers, a kiwi, and a pack of buddy bites fruit snacks. It was such a nice lunch and because it was fairly healthy I feel great after eating it.

After lunch I took my dog on a nice long walk and I had tons of enegery and felt great:)
