Need a simple yet healthy lunch? I would recommend this lunch I had from this week featuring wheat sourdough bread from Trader Joe`s. The bread goes well with a lot of great foods (I have been making posts about this bread lately). This post is featuring canned tuna (from Costco) prepared on a stove with caramelized onions and pitch of salt and pepper. Very delicious and not at all fishy either. The bread has a layer of avocado and tuna on top.
Overall: I could eat this all the time -- very good! :)
