One small slice of ham - 15-20 calories
One tablespoon of milk - 10 calories
What to do.
Crack eggs into a microwave safe bowl, do not add the yolk.
Add milk, stir till combined.
Break up ham into small pieces and add to the mixture.
Microwave for 3:00 -ish.
After its cooked, scramble it. Milk or uncooked eggs? Whack it in for another minute.
Calories = 98 calories.
I personally find this really nice, and a pretty decent amount.
