Low Cal Dinner 2: Broiled Lemon Pepper Fish

For my second dinner recipe, i decided to go with a fish recipe, especially for all those seafood lovers out there! Coming in at only 227 calories, this is a great choice for dinner, but also lunch the next day!

1-1/2 lb fish fillets, (such as catfish or tilapia)
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbsp grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
Lemon wedges

Arrange fish in single layer on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; set aside.

In bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon rind, pepper and salt ; spread over fish.

Broil fish about 8 inches (20 cm) from heat until golden brown on top and fish flakes easily when tested, about 10 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
