Saw this on pinterest a few weeks ago and thought I`d give it a try. I can really feel it working. Great ab workout. The more often you do it, the easier it gets. The first time I tried it, it started off really easy but by the end I was dying. After a few weeks, getting through it isn`t as hard. I can see my work starting to pay off. With other exercise (cardio) and this workout, my stomach is becomming flatter.
