My local grocery store, Wegmans, has a mini sushi section, so I decided to try some veggie sushi today for lunch! It was made with brown rice, sesame seeds, carrots, seaweed, avocado and cucumber. I really have no experience with sushi, so I figured I would play it safe and save the fish kind for some other time :P
