For my lunch today, I had some udon. Udon is a basically a thick nood soup and you can have a variety of toppings on it from pork and shrimp to chicken depending on how certain countries make it. I personally like eating this with chicken.
</strong>What I had in my udon:</strong>
- Sirachi sauce
- Fried onions
I felt like the Sirachi sauce was what makes all the difference. It added a bit of spiceness to it without being too hot.
