For lunch today I made a salad with fresh spinach, some tropical trail mix, strawberries, carrots and lime juice as the dressing. I also had a tangerine and some Chobani Apple and Cinnamon yogurt! I tried to make a portable, but healthy lunch since it was my first day back at work!
