I put a little extra effort into my lunch healthy and interesting today! Here`s what I made:
* A smoked turkey sub on a whole grain roll with avocado, lettuce, Swiss cheese and chipotle sauce.
* A strawberry kiwi fruit parfait, alternating layers of lite whipped cream and fruit.
* Sugar snap peas and broccoli with a mixture I made of hummus and feta cheese as a dip.
All of it was super yummy!
