I had a super healthy lunch today consisting of salmon and rice and lettuce, tomatoes, pickled carrots and avocados. My mom already cooked and prepared the salmon, so all I had to do was heat it up along with the rice.
Then I just washed all the vegetables and then chop them up into bite sized pieces. Super fast and easy meal if you have all the ingredients ready!
The salmon was seasoned deliciously. My mom uses like soy sauce and some other stuff to make it super yummy. The avocados made everything super creamy.
My favorites were the salmon and avocado. The tomatoes were my least favorite.
