Helllooo again :)
So this is my lunch of the day. It`s really simple to make but again- it`s healthy. So it consist of rice,veggies,tomato sauce and a little bit of cheese. Basically you just mix it all up and add some cheese on top. It`s really good and it`s not dry because tomato sauce adds the nice juice. Anyway in there i have corn,tomato chunks,beans,paprika and broccoli. You can make larger amount and heat it up on the next day like i did !And next to that delicious meal i did myself a cup of green tea :P
