For lunch, I had something really simple. I made some plain white rice and steamed some chines sausage. I also made some choy sum. I love chinese sausage with rice. The way I love to cook it is to steam it. But I always peel away the outer layer skin of the sausage before I cook it cause I heard that it was bad for you. The one I always buy is the pork and chicken one. What did you have for lunch today?
