Recently the new Trinity Kitchen opened in the Trinity shopping Centre in Leeds and one of the permanent `street food` places is Pho cafe. Me and my friends decided to try it out and we were pleased with our orders.
I ordered `Pho tái` (Thinly sliced steak) - £6.75
The portion size is very generous considering the price, and I really enjoyed it. There was a good amount of the thinly sliced beef which was tender and tasted good.
One of my friends ordered `Bún gà Hu` (Hot & spicy chicken) - £6.75 which had a choice of either Bún or Pho noodles.
She also got a good amount of meat and thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
My other friend ordered `Bún: Chicken`(vermicelli noodle with chicken) - £5.75
She enjoyed the food and would order it again.
Overall, we really enjoyed the food we ordered and can`t wait to go back again. They have a nice selection of dishes to try and the prices/ portion size are really reasonable. Although it is meant to be street food, I found the quality to be great. I definitely recommend trying Pho Cafe if there is one in your area.
