I love olive ciabatta rolls! Weird thing is, I dont really like olives, but I love them in the ciabatta! Today for lunch, I decided to eat some slices of olive ciabatta rolls, some with brie cheese on top, others to dip in a mix of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It was delicious!
I love the taste of the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar! The olive oil has a very subtle taste, while the balsamic vinegar has more of a acid taste to it. The two of them complement each other very well, and the unique taste off the olive ciabatta roll makes it even better. Brie is one of my favorite cheese! It isnt too strong, like old cheese are, and I love the texture of it!
