Same with BOTD, I`ll post one every time I eat something different. Today I had grilled cheese for lunch. I`ve recently switched from buttering both sides of the bread, not realizing how many calories it adds, to using 0 calorie butter spray. It doesn`t matter which brand. My bread is honey wheat by Sara Lee. The cheese is just regular Kraft cheese. We didn`t have any potatoes to make homemade fries so I just ate scoop chips with it. My drink is in a cup from a restaurant, but it`s just homemade sweet tea (98 calories!).
