I was at home today (trying) to get ready to go for the gym, when I realized I was hungry, lol. So I popped a frozen pizza into the oven for lunch.
This veggie pizza had grilled veggies (tomatoes, zuchinni, mushrrooms, onions) and mozzarella cheese on top. It also had a smoky tomato sauce, which I really like. The seasonings were "Italian-style", which I`m guessing means basil, oregano, etc. As for the crust, it wasn`t too thick or too thin - just the way I like it! It was crispy on the edges and soft in the middle.
In terms of nutrition, this pizza wasn`t too bad. It has 440 calories (for the whole pizza), 12g of fat, and 18g of protein. Oh, it also had Vitamin A, Vitamin C, calcium, and iron in it. So it seems to be quite a well-rounded meal.
I really liked this pizza! It was great considering it was from frozen. It took less than 20 minutes to bake. I think I`ll be purchasing it again! :)
