I`m so proud of myself =) I`ve been working out everyday this week and since I`m feeling hungrier from working out, I`ve been eating more. But I`ve been making all healthy stuff so I`m doubly feeling proud! And I`m getting skinner eating more too =)
Today I made a spinach omelet with sweet potato hash.
I made the omelet by whisking together 3 eggs in the frying pan. Then I poured in a little Almond Milk. I whisked that in too with the eggs. Then I opened a bag of spinach and threw in a handful or two of that. Whisked that in, the poured in some veggie cheese.
While it was cooking, I put in a splash of hot sauce :)
The sweet potato I had boiled the other day. I made extra to eat throughout the week. So I took one out and put it in the microwave. I cut it up to look like hash browns. I was too tired of cooking at this point to do any more lol

Spinach is so good for you. I`m trying to eat some everyday. It really makes your skin look amazing!
