LOTD: Gyoza with Vegetarian Stir Fry

I made my lunch today. Something light, figure friendly, yet delicious. I looked inside my freezer for something to eat and I found frozen Gyoza (aka dumplings). So I just lightly brown them in a hot pan. After, I sauteed garlic then added in the boiled bokchoy, broccoli, and snow peas. I served it with a little bit of rice.. and VIOLA!!

My lunch today was so yummy and fulfilling.

Do you like Gyozas? How about stir fry?
