Today I made myself a fruit salad with cantaloupe, watermelon and blackberries! Everything was at the PERFECT ripeness, so it was super yummy!
I`ve also been digging these Southwest veggie patties from Morning Star lately, so I packed some of those little suckers. They taste just like tacos!
I also had some baby carrots and zima tomatoes. I think I like the zima tomatoes better than red grape tomatoes. I dunno why, but they have a certain flavor that I like :o
I`m starting to realize that my lunches are sooooo boring! I keep eating practically the same variation everyday :( I need to switch it up haha!
Anyone have any interesting healthy lunch ideas?
