Today for lunch I prepared a quick meal using lentils, fish and rice. I have to say that the fish definitely stood out and was the star of the meal. I honestly combined random ingredients and it turned out really tasty :)
If you are interested, here is a list of ingredients that I used to marinate the fish (marinate for about an hour):
♥ 6 Tilapia fillets
♥ Garam Masala (Available at Indian stores)
♥ Shan`s Lahori Fish Masala (Available at Indian stores)
♥ Chinese salt
♥ cumin powder
♥ 2 tsp soya sauce
♥ sriracha sauce
♥ garlic/ginger paste
♥ 1 tbsp corn flour
I have provided quantities of some ingredients, but the rest will vary as per your preferences.
My choice of fish was <strong>Tilapia</strong> because I love how clean it is and doesn`t have a strong fishy taste or smell. That allows you to play around with different ingredients and create your own bold flavors.
